Delete your Safety On account or data

If you want to request deletion of your Safety On account or data, email support@mysafetyon.com.

How to request deletion

Please email support@mysafetyon.com and include:

  • the email address used for Safety On;
  • the phone number used for Safety On;
  • a brief request such as: "Delete my Safety On data".

We may need to verify your request before we act on it.

What deletion may include

Depending on your request, deletion may include:

  • your Safety On profile and linked account data;
  • Safety On trip and session records where applicable;
  • Circle membership and related Safety On account data;
  • stored location history where applicable;
  • guardian or contact selections stored by Safety On as part of your profile, trips, or Circle activity;
  • Guardian App Alerts related sign-in, trusted-device, or contact details where applicable.

What we may keep

Some records may need to be kept for legal, security, or operational reasons. This can include fraud-prevention records, security logs, payment records, or information we are required to keep by law.

We do not promise instant deletion, but we will review and handle deletion requests as reasonably and safely as we can.
